I realize that there is a lot that I want to do. I don’t need to keep looking for other things, just work more efficiently on the things I’m working on now to maximize the return.
That leads to systems. How do you set up systems that will help run your many projects that you want to run. This will be what I want to focus on for January to find and set up systems for work, for our main site project and anything else I can use a system for.
I got Mushfiq’s easywins.io database on easy things to do to your website to increase earnings, traffic, and more. I got it after I listened to his interview with Spencer from Niche Pursuits. Mushfiq has systems galore and I want to do more of that.
